Static Checkweigher

Static checkweigher is installed under the packing machine weighing 100% of the packages. After weighing process, the equipament rejects the packages whose weight are under or over than stablished in order to avoid fines by local organizations as well as sending packages out of weight to final consumer. 

The equipment also checks if the average weight is right sending the feedback control to the packing machine if any deviation is found. The machine can reach up to 80 packages/minute depending on size and package weight.
